Default 4v block with 3v heads??

i was looking on mmr (modular mustang racing) and seen that they have a couple forged 4.6L blocks, (completely disreguard my screen name at this point becuase im going supercharged lol) but i had seen that the blocks they are using are 03/04 cobra blocks. Now would my 3v parts fit a 03/04 block such as the timing cover, heads, power steering pump, ect.. ??? the reason i ask is because i was going to buy there forged short block and just put my already ported heads and, my oil pan, and timing set and cover on it and throw it in. does anyone even know if this is possible??

any help would be great, i had already sent a e-mail to mmr to see what they would have to say, i jsut know i hear about alot of sweet stangs on here and if anyone with a 3v has done this conversion yet..

thanks jon

Yes ALL the parts will fit, the only difference between the difference (in fitment atleast) between 2v, 3v and, 4v is the pistons.
