id say they can to it in a day if they are a good shop, maybe 2 if they are not working on just your car that day

What have you done suspension wise? If not yet, take a look at springs with new shocks/struts. Even a strut-tower brace can make a big difference.

Have you upgraded your brakes? I know stopping isn't as glamorous as starting, but....

Suspension is one of the BEST things you can do. Get some good LCAs w/ relo brackets (I have UMI), Koni shocks/struts (non-adjustable if the other is too costly) and maybe a few other things depending on how you want the car to behave. Oh and springs too.

I would advise against cams until you have headers with high-flows or o/r midpipe.
