I don't know that that is due to heat soak, every engine runs stronger when cold just because the air in the engine bay is not heated up yet and neither are the fuel lines so you have cool air and cool fuel which means more O2 since the air is more dense, same idea behind nitrous and iceing the intake in between runs.

The one issue I heard about is that the '05s are prone to what they call heat soak? Apparently the radiator is not big enough to disipate the heat quickly. According to a few articles I read, if they do 2 Dyno pulls in a row, because of the heat soak, they had seen HP levels drop as much as 17 to 20HP in the second Dyno run.
