I was thinking that about 11 PSI is probably max for the stock bottom end. I know some guys run a little more, but it is pushing it.
I have seen a 4.6 let loose at 9-10 PSI but it was the 2-valve so I am not sure if or what the difference between the 2 and 3 valve is for bottom end.
I can pretty much be sure that 14 PSI on stock internals is going to make little pieces out of big pieces though.

It really depends how you drive it. Launching and running it at the track should be ok, but mashing on the gas pedel and hard downshifts will leave you with a big rattling tin can. 10 to 11 pounds is really the limit. above that, you should be expecting something to pop.

from what I've heard...you can get up around the 500 rwhp mark and still run alright.....that it's all in your tune and RPMs... Stay away from running red lines everytime you get into it, and definately do not skimp on a good tune from a good tuner. Not some no name at a local shop...but one of those names you read about time and again in the mags.
