Will I need a tune if I put an Xpipe and a set of axlebacks on my 09 stang?

if you are keeping the cats, then i'm gonna have
to say no. i don't see any reason why you would
have to get a new tune.

Depends on whether the rear O2 sensors or cats are being moved to a new location or removed completely. If it's a splice in X, an an X with cats and rear o2 sensor provisions, your ok. If not, a new tune will be needed.

Axlebacks never need a tune.

Anything beyond the O2 sensors doesn't require a tune (providing you're not losing the cats).
