That's the set I have. Same as the steeda economy plates, which is just ford factory plates that haven't been drilled for the butterflies. If you plan on going with a positive displacement blower then don't get them as they won't be needed. If you plan on a full bolt-on N/A setup, using a centrifugal blower, turbo, or nitrous then you will benefit from them.
