Auto. gt with Brenspeed tune( sct x3, c&l racer combo) and ford racing 4.10 gears?

Default Auto. gt with Brenspeed tune( sct x3, c&l racer combo) and ford racing 4.10 gears?

How does this setup sound for my 06 automatic gt (stock. .just electric cutouts). Brenspeed tune with sct x3 tuner and c&l racer intake, with ford racing 4.10 gears. About how much whp and tq will i gain? Most importantly, what all gears will i CHIRP in?

I have an 06 gt auto also. I love my brenspeed 92 oct. tune and my jlt combo. Good job on the cutouts. i have an o'r h and no mufflers currently. I bought a used jlt, xcal 2 and purchased a single tune from brenspeed. I wouldn't recommend that gear swap though. I'd stay far away from that. Are you set on that combo? I'd also recommend finding a quality used one and saving some $. With a high octane tune 92-93 and that intake, i think you could see a healthy 17-22 rwhp gain. I felt it right away when I took my muffler out and with the o/r h, I have less torque down low and a little sluggish.

You'll be fine with 4.10's. There's nothing to fear.

i have basically the same set up as you and you will feel a big difference and 4.10 is not too much gear and your city mpg will go up. You will chirp 1st badly and 2nd and 3rd

I have that set up and it's good for a very low 13 if not 13.0 with a good 60 ft.

It opens up the performance on the auto tremendously. You'll be happy!

thanks for the replies everyone. No, im not specifically set on that exact combo, but i heard that it was a good one. If there is a better one out there please inform me. .Also, i can the 4.10s for a $100 dollars from a friend (practically brand new), so its hard to pass that deal up. I am definitely wanting as much tire chirp between gears as possible.

HA, you want chirp? That set-up will give you spinning into 2nd, a nice hearty chirp into 3rd, and a small chirp into 4th.

I have the same setup only with a Bamachips tune (Brenspeed/Bamachips tunes both chirp hard).

At the track, I've gotten compliments on my shifting. "Oh my God dude, you chirped through 4th! You're power shifting the **** out of that thing!"

Then I tell them it's an automatic without a shift kit...

I've got an in-car video of me banging 1-2-3-4. Let me see if I can dig it up and upload it real quick.

I have 3.31 with brenspeed 91 tune and with the stock tires it will spin halfway through second and chirp third and forth, im trying to decide on a gear myself.. where i live everywhere you go is highway 75 to 85 mph so im looking at 3.73. what cutouts do you have and how do you like them?
