Startup Exhaust Smoke

Startup Exhaust Smoke
For a few weeks now, at least so far this winter, I have been seeing smoke come out of my exhaust for around 10 seconds after startup. It only happens when the car has sat overnight or been given 5 or more hours to rest. I have only noticed this issue when the temperatures are below 70*ish. I am waiting for the temperatures to go up before drawing any temperature related conclusions.
I have seen wayyyyy too many threads on this subject with wayy too many opinions. I wanted to draw everyone's attention to this specific problem. I would like facts, not opinions.
I took a video of earlier this morning of the problem i am having. Here is the link:

Certainly LOOKS like steam and not smoke to me... Our S197 V8's are prone to smoke if started after a previous brief startup and the smoke is much more billowing than that when it happens. Try to take notice of other peoples exhaust when they startup a cold engine in cold weather.
Exhaust steam can get so thick that you can't see the car for a few seconds...

I have the same thing in the mornings when I pull it into the garage from the driveway the night before. It is only running for about 30-45 seconds when I do this....it smells like gas, with a puff of grayish smoke too. Prob. just alittle fuel in the cylinders.

I had my car into the dealership a few weeks ago to diagnose and replace a FEAD idler pulley making some noise on very cold startups. They had to keep it for several days, and the only way to reproduce the problem was to start the car when it's really cold out and listen for the first 10-15 seconds.
Needless to say, when I started the car up to pull it off the lot, there was a massive amount of smoke coming from the exhaust. It struck me as a little strange, but then I remembered that they had probably spent the last several days starting the car and turning it off after 30 seconds. I've not had any problems since.
