How's it going Mustang vets,

I'll give you a little background about myself. My name is Brad S and I'm a 22 year old Landscaper from Ontario with business training from a local college.

I was wondering what to do with my new mustang and figured this would be a great place to get some feedback. It's a Black 2005 GT 5 speed. Only current mods are chromed grille, white billiard ball shift **** and tinted windows.

I plan to put a CAI/Tuner and underdrive pulley on in the spring. Along with some minor exterior and interior upgrades. The main question I have for you guys is: is it worth getting a 62mm throttle body when I get my new CAI?? Will it be beneficial in any way, shape or form?

Thank you in advance for your input and I hope to hear from you soon.

You do not need to change your throttle body. The stock one will work fine. Get a CAI and hand held tuner and you will have a totally different car.

Welcome and good luck...

+2 on the CAI + Tune. Don't bother with the throttle body.
Best bang for buck mod for the S197 models.

Get a CIA/TUNE from one of these guys. A email tune is so much better then a "can" tune.
