Turning off Sound Induction tube

Turning off Sound Induction tube
Okay, before you 'naysayers' have on to me, let me explain.
I have a 2010 GT Convertible and I just replaced the stock mufflers with some Flowmaster's Classic American Thunder. Love the new sound, but it is a bit too loud for the music and with the top down, well....just a little too much. So, anyone know how to 'safely' turn off the sound induction tube?? Because with those new (old) Thunders working, you don't really need it.

I am thinking about purchasing the flowmaster american classic thunder system on my 2006 mustang Gt convertible. Does this muffler have the dreaded drone at 60-65 mph? I have been debating whether I would be better off with the 3 chamber model 817410. I had boomtubes and they were too loud. I have magnaflows (not the magnapack) and they are too quiet. I really appreciate Reggae if you could fill me in.

To Gunting
I talked to my Dealer and he told me that when I took off my KR's I should have switched out the main exhaust to a thicker walled exhaust system too. That's what is causing the low vibrating hum especially in OverDrive. He suggested Bassani's and when he put them on his Stang, it quieted down the low thrum of vibration.
Hope this helps. I'm saving for the stainless system now.
