Got installed and sound great. No drone. However they fit like crap. all 4 hangers had to be cut off and both pipes cut back and renotched. No way in hell I could have done on my back in the garage.

I had no problems with mine other than the drivers side was a little bit tilted. I just put a strap wrench around the muffler and pulled down until it rolled into position and tightened it down. I stayed. I personally like the fact that the tips come out just a bit past the rear valance. It keeps the heat off of the plastic, and I have gotten coments on how they just stick out barely. I even used the stock brackets. I had to bend one of them up just slightly to bring the tip up to where it matched the other, but in my book, no big deal. I am a pipefitter and I am extremely picky about how every thing like that looks and lines up. I am pleased.

I really want to try out the Pypes stuff...but every single time they are discussed, people are talking about the issues they have getting them to work.

I had a Maggie Magnapack catback I installed on my 03 GT...went perfectly except for 1 little area where they forgot to flare the piping...was a major hassle that took 1 week and a torch and hacksaw to correct.

I no longer have the time/patience to fiddle with that crap. Look great though. Got any pictures?

wonder if Pypes will ever get their quality issue under control

75% of my kit was wonderful...but that 1 little pipe caused me a butt-ton of headaches. I also had to "massage" the axle loop pieces with a hammer so the axle didn't hit the pipes everytime I went over a bump.

just stating that not everybody has a flawless system. I probably got the 1/10 Maggie setups that did have a problem. whereas the Pypes stuff seems to have issue 9/10 times when you read about them

Had I known that they are made in China, I would have gone a different way. Loudnlow, you said it best my friend. I would have saved a little more and paid twice for something made in USA. They are on now, and some little Chinese got paid 55 cents for 8 hours worth of work. Just my opinion though.
