Default hmm..what to do.? filter

hey guys 2009 mustang gt.. i need a new air filter and have already ordered the k& n drop in filter but after seeing some bad "reviews" on it i am second guessing myself. Is it an ok air filter or is it just rediculously high in price and the car wont gain anything from it? Just want some opinions. of course a cai would be awesome but college wont allow

thanks

Just replacing the disposable air filter with a drop-in won't do anything other than pay for itself in a couple of years.

I agree. Also, I don't think the K&N filters as well as the paper filter.

You can afford a 2009 GT but not a 250$ intake?

No performance gain, no economy gain, equal or worse filtering capability compared to most paper filters. But I suppose you can brag about it to other people.
