If you dont mind a lot of noise then go and get the extremes....with a rod end on the body side noise tends to get out of hand. I have the BMR poly/rod end combo non-adjustable lowers and could not be happier. There is a slight increase in noise but if you roll down the windows or turn the radio on you cant here it. As for the uppper it is best to go with a rod end because a hard rubber piece doesnt want to articulate with the axel like a rod end would. But then agian there is more noise.

Hard decision but i like the quality of BMR, and they are nice guys to deal with. Good Luck.

Lots of good quality choices out there.
The 'extreme' are usually rod (hard) ends and thus transmit more noise through the frame, while rubber bushings absorb more of that noise while being a little more squishy.

Try Spohn. I've only heard good things and the prices are good. Also they have alot of options for which ends you want.

well im not sure what ends i want, its a daily driver so i would want the one that makes less noise. But ill be goin to the track and like doing burnouts lol. Just the wheel hop pisses me off cuz it feels like the dash is gunna fall out of the car. Im gunna do uppers and lowers hopefully that gets rid of it
