Default Brake Noise

I have searched the site for brake noise and came up with some similar issues but nothing that fits exact. So here it goes.
I have always had a slight noise from the right rear during braking and had it to ford when I bought car and they re-surfaced the rotors and the noise remained. I calked it up to noisy pads. The past few months the noise has been constant during daily driving. I noticed that when I turn left the noise gets louder, when I turn right the noise goes away. During hard launch or hard braking the noise is there, sometimes loud and sometimes faint, but always there. Could this be a rear bearing or is it prob. just brake linings or warped rotor? Any help would be appreciated.
