Default 2V Forged or 3V Hot Rod Engine

I'm getting ready to make a decision whether to have my 2V engine forged (bottom end) on my 2004 Mustang GT or replace it all together with the 3V Hot Rod Engine from Ford Racing. I was wondering if it is worth getting the 3V Hot Rod Engine instead. Your opinions/experience will be appreciated. Thanks!!!

The plan is a simple swap. As I said, I wasn't sure whether 3V Hot Rod engine is worth it or not.
