Does anyone know what part this is?

Okay, so I need the piece that goes underneath the shifter ball and holds the leather shift boot in place.... does anyone know where I can get one.... or what it is called???

In the pic below it is the black piece (that is NOT the shifter ball)

I called Roush, but they said that they only sell an aluminum one that is just under 50 bucks!!!! I'm looking for a black plastic or rubber one.

Sweet!!! I want to do the same thing with the black roush shifter ball cuz I think it looks ugly with that nut sitting under it, makes it look crappy and cheap.
