Question Bassani Exaust Issues- 06 GT

Hey everyone, I usually don't post on here but i happen to have a nice Legend lime 06 GT, and i have some issues with my exhaust system that i hope to get some input on it.
I have Bassani X Pipe w/ cats and Bassani axle back on my GT. I have had the system for about a year now.
Since it is my daily drive I have decided to use the exhaust with the catalytic converters that came with the X pipe to avoid any inspection problems.
couple weeks after installing the Bassani my Check engine light came on with P0420/P0430 code oxygen sensor on bank 1/2 low efficiency code. We checked all the clamps everything seems to be tight as possible. I have contacted Bassani, they have sent me new converter and it worked fine till yesterday (drove on it for about 10K mi). Seems to be the same issue again, bad converter or something like that again.

My questions are, 1st if there is anyone out there with the same system having the same issues?

2nd is it possible to go with the Off Road pipes which came as well with the system and to eliminate the converters all together? would i be able to tune the car to avoid the check engine light? and to somehow pass inspection?

seems as though that the Catalyst converters that come with this system are happen to be fairly small than the stock ones so the sensor being picky and throw the engine light on.

Frustrated???!!? anyone? suggestions?

thank you,

Avi.

sometimes with aftermarket cats, you will still get the CEL like you are running off road midpipe.
you need to shut off your rear O2 sensors with a tuner
you can use the off road sections to your midpipe with a tune to shut off the rear O2's, but it wont pass inspection
you should contact brenspeed or bama or another tuner for a tune to pass inspection, or if not you gotta swap in the old stock midpipe for inspection, or give the inspector a paper with Jackson/Grant/Benjamin on it.

I have the same set-up, haven't had any CELs...yet.
But due to the higher flowing converters it was recommended to me to purchase some O2 plug raisers. They put your sensors a little farther back from the flowing exhaust gases.
