BACKLASH READINGS FOR GEARS????
Hey Everyone!
I know I have a similar thread in here, but I really want to focus on the backlash readings. For the people who have installed 4.10 gears or any gears i guess, what did you set your backlash readings to?
I just had my FRPP 4.10 gears put in by my two friends who are mec. There's a good amount of whine and some kind of pitch(not sure if the pitch is gear related) anyway, there going be taken a second look @ the car soon and try a different type of gear oil.
They also did a Pattern check my putting some kind of white stuff on and spinning through to see if the stuff lined up and it did.
