Blow off not opening
Had the stang at work 2 days ago, sent it to svc for an oil change. The tech said I had a tear in my lower oil drain hose and replaced it with a larger hose. Then he tells me he tightened up all my wires, tubes and hoses...
On my way home, in 4th gear 5000rpm all I hear is a huge poof of air and my hood fly up a couple inches... Pulling over I find the intake exhaust tube off its clamps. get the car home, tighten it back up and go for a drive, 2nd gear get into turbo and then let off.. No wastegate, no relief.... My system had so much backpressure it busted clamps...
Tech doesnt "remember" what all he tightened.
Cant get on a lift till Saturday, car is parked.
Need help

You should be able to trace the vacuum lines. There should only be one going to your BOV IIRC.
If the line is good, then take the BOV off and inspect it. It's possible you tore up the diaphram, but not likely.
