Default need help finding a dealer with the best price in the Northeast

ok, I'm a GM guy and must say that the new 05 GT has been very impressive to me. I love the looks and the ride is far superior to any of the previous years. My brother-in-law just got a 05 Conv. paid 3K over sticker) and now my wife wants a 05 GT coupe 5-speed. I just got myself a 05 Corvette this may and had serious problems finding a dealer to sell below MSRP. I went to dealers nearby and they all wanted like 10K over sticker. Others couldn't even order anymore. Finally ordered from Iowa and had it drop shipped to a local dealer fromt he factory. Can any of you guys recommend a dealer that will let me order a 06 for ether MSRP or slightly under? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

I recommend the dealer I got my '05 V6 ragtop from - Winner Ford in Newark, Delaware (Dave Solomon was my salesman). I could have ordered an 06 GT from them at MSRP. Advantage Ford in Elkton, MD made me a similar offer. There may be better deals out there, but there are certainly many dealers out there who are GREEDY. Good luck to you!

I'll pimp Winner Ford of Dover, DE. I drove 3 hours to pick up my GT 'vert, at MSRP (even managed to talk them down a little). Local dealers were asking $5k-$12k over sticker... It was worth the drive, and they were a really nice dealership!!

John F Kennedy Ford and Bill Marsh Ford in eastern PA are both offering the GT at sticker. I got mine with John F Kennedy Ford and it was easy - long wait, but no pressure and no over charging.

Not Sure where in the NorthEast you are, but if You want to buy in Connecticut, I have a dealer for you.... I paid MSRP... ordered exactly what I wanted and got it in 30 days.... ordered 3/16 delivered 4/15.... these guys have the allocations.
Monaco Ford in Glastonbury. I qualify for X-Plan but unfortunately they would not honor it... I would guess if they did, I'd still be waiting in C & U land........meanwhile, I'm Lovin' the new topless GT!!!
