Steering shudder at 60mph +

As the title says, what could it be?

I am thinking:

1. Wheel balancing
2. Tracking? (but the car doesn't pull left or right)
3. Buckled wheel?

Any ideas??

probably get them balanced but once one of my TPMS came off and was rolling around in the tire. hopefully that is not the case with you
