I don't have a full MAC but a friend of mine does. He has MAC L/T, O/R MAC prochamber an MAC axlebacks. Sounds nice. If you like that hollow sound, then you will like this set-up. X-pipes are supposed to produce a little more top end but I wouldn't get it for that purpose. I would get it for the sound. I also have MACs but I don't have them on now. I run them with a catted X and resonators. Its one of the more unusual set-ups but it sounds awesome.

What you mean by hollow sound? Isn't this set up supposed to give you that deep old school sound

The previous generation 2v and 4v with flowmasters had a deep "hollow" sound. The MACs will not make these car sound like them but MACs do make these cars sound the closest to the 2v and 4v sound.

A little raspier sounding but still sounds good. Here is a video with that set-up.

With resonators like I have the tone will be a little deeper and I believe some of the drone is taking away.

I have a prochamber with the pypes mid muffler system and it sounds pretty killer. I will be installing mac longtubes tommorow with vids! This is what inspired me..

At 2:08 the sound is ridiculous!

Mac LTs and offroad Prochamber FTW. I changed the mufflers to Magnapacks, and loooooove the sound. I didn't do it for the sound, though.
