There is what a dealer claims to be a 2008 stage 1 Roush here, but it's lacking the front and rear bumpers and the rectangular exhaust tips. So I ran the VIN on Roush's website and under stage it says LC and I can't find what that stands for anywhere. Its got about 15k miles, and they're asking $26k. If this isn't a real Roush should I offer them closer to $19k?

Technically, it is a Roush, but it's missing that great looking front bumper. All the Roush Stage 1 cars I've seen include the 6 piece body kit, so that makes me skeptical. To be honest, the stripes are ugly too- I'd pass. There are plenty of Roush Mustangs out there.

Nah it's not an outlaw. I called up Roush when they opened this morning and LC stands for either Low or Limited Content. At the end of the year when they're rushing to sell the old models the dealers can cheap out and only get certain pieces (this one lacked the front and rear bumpers, hood scoop). So this isn't legit and the guy didn't seem that happy when I mentioned it... after my test drive

if it doesnt have the front bumper i dont think its real lol im trying to make mine into a clone and that cars looks like mine lol but i also have a buddy that has a real stage 1 roush , he has no scoop but he has front bumper and side skirts.

It should have all the nameplates under the hood and documentation in the glovebox.
If it dont have that, pass on the Roush Clone cus thats all it will ever be.
