Exclamation Diablo Tune not working!!

Well i got my car serviced today and long story short they reflashed my car. Luckily i had taken out my tune before cause i had a odd feeling they were gonna do it even if i told them not too. So i went and pluged in the tuner and put it back in. I noticed that my acceleration from stop to start took more pedal than usual. The car also started to ping a little not like it used to. Im running a 93 octane tune (not custom) and i up'd the mass air meter +5 for the bbk cold air intake(which a couple of people from here told me to do). My main concern is when I try and go I have to give it more gas. Its a manual by the way. What should i do. I dont understand why its doing this.

Thanks Guys

the only thing i can come up with stealth, is since the
car was flashed, the pcm's adaptive learning has to
start over.

I put it to stock when I took off the other tune I remember doing that I did not get any codes and no lights the car idles and starts up fine. I did not try a 91 tune but wouldn't that mess up my other one or can I do the same thing to that tune? Thanks

Well when I'm holding the clutch I have to give it more gas by that I ment I had to give it more pedal sry when I just touch the pedal a little bit it would go. Do you think I should run 91 octane I want more performance and we have 93 octane around here so why not.

btw you can 91 and bump it up by 2-4 and it will be the same as 93 tune.
