Here is my only thing and i hope i am explaing this right.

I am just worried that the lack of pipe after the mufflers would make the super 44's not sound like i want them too. Unlike the mid muffler set up on earlier model cars (which they offer super 44's for but not for 05+) since the exit of our mufflers is actually the exit from the car. Would the mufflers be designed to take into account the lack of pipe after the muffler exit or the fact that there is going to be 3 more feet of pipe before it exits the car. It just seems to me like from a development standpoint, this extra pipe or lack there of, would be a major factor in sound design/creation. I mean there has to be a reason the 60 series has been out for 5 years and the classic 40 series just came out and there is no super 44 option as of yet. Maybe they cant seem to create the designed sound of he super 44's with an axle back set up.

I would hate to go get super 44's, have them welded on, just to have them sound like crap because they were not designed to be used in an axle back system. Then if i had to change, i would have to cut them off and yada yada yada.

I think the super 44s sound good on these cars. You shouldn' have to get it welded in. The shop should be able to weld in the pipe that connects from the OTA pipe to the rear of the muffler. When I bought my car it had 40 series flows on there. They were just bolted on.

Talked to a Guy at flowmaster and he said due to the design, the super 44s would not sound correct due to the lack of tailpipe after the muffler. So I went with the classic 40. I will post video of both so people can get an idea.
