damn, that's an awesome price for so much car.. the same I paid in 08 for my GT/CS.. I should have friggin' waited! Congrats on the 5.0!

Ive seen some "limited" motors pop, float valves etc etc etc. Probably not that bad on a car with some miles and done rarely but not something I would use as a screw that shift back up lol.

First, put down the bong. Second, it depends on where the limiter is at. If it's too high of course you'll damage something eventually, but it's not because of the limiter. This engine can handle 8K no problem. It's being done on the Boss 302R where they're taking it to 8200.

I drove one yesterday.
Nice car but I will say for the money it IS OVER RATED!!!

I like it don't get me wrong but to have all the cool factors for that kind of money it's just not there. I drove a $42,000 plus convertible and it didn't do it for me. Corvette Coupe is the way to go if I'm laying down that kind of cash.
It sounds sweet and I did see one with headers and exhaust and it souned mean but it could have been much better.
