Found loose connecter

Found loose connecter

While pulling up cover for e brake I found a connecter not connected any idea what it's for P.S. It's not for power outlet that ones already there

If you have a manual it could be a connector for an auto.

If you have a manual, its for the AUTO.

Is it LOOSE as the posts title would suggest
or just NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING as
the post content would indicate?
