LOL...sorry I have that opinion..but I do wish to have the best rearend possible (and I do when the hottie down the street goes for a ride...but thats a different story! )

yupp. and i would go as far as to spend 30k extra just for the 2010/11 look. Yeh its a slightly lighter engine but its not worth it. You will be just as happy if not happier in the 08. Hell, with that extra money buy the supersnake package and any 11' guy would be envious of yours....

Anywho, just add an extra 3k for some slight exterior mods(IE hood, wheels, SS stripe, etc) and you have made a car that you can call yours and most cars on the street cannot even come close to touching.

I prefer the look of the 08-09 GT500, so that is what I would recommend. It's the tail on the 10-11's that I still haven't gotten used to, even though I love the look of the fronts.

I personally like the look of the 05-09 S-197 instead of the new body style especially the rear of the car. For the mileage and the price I would say go for the '08.

i used to say i hated the rear of the 2010+, i have several posts on here saying how much i dislike it. but it has really grown on my so much that im buying one within the next week or so lol and the 5.0 badge on the side helps a little too haha

2008, obvious choice. More power, cheaper, and hell...2k miles really is like brand new.
