Im just curious of peoples' opinions for what cold air intake would be better for my '07 GT. I was looking at the BBK or K&N. so which one is better??

Both of those suck. Check out C&L, JLT, FRPP to name a few.

All of the tuner-required CAI's are equivalent in performance. But a stand-alone CAI is nearly useless. The tune is the critical component and can be 80% of the power adder.

Stand-alone (no tune required) CAI = roughly 3-6 RWHP
CAI & tune = roughly 20-25 RWHP

Forget those two OP.........go to brenspeed or american muscle site and order one of those listed with their custom tune. Dont waste your money on crap parts. I bought the jlt and love it.........price was good too.

Definitely get your tunes from AM or Brenspeed. Theirs are quality tunes. Buy a combo that suit your eyes and wallet.
