Ebay HID'S

I was looking at 6K's. On my previous mustang I wasted 390 on low beam only and fogs. 8K Hated the blue color got flashed a lot light was dull.

I have seen several h10 kits for $37 and dual beam h13 for $68.
Has anyone bought these? Any pictures.... also I have not seen 6K in person, but will it have the same effect as the tooooo blue 8K's

If I find a set of h10's hi/low would they work? Or will hi beams cut fogs out?

Isn't H10 the fog light bulb? How would you use high beams within a fog light? How would you control it? H13 is our headlight bulb. Be careful with the eBay kits I bought some for my step-dad's F150 2006 which ran H13's aswell and they're 8k like mine but not nearly as bright and have a slight flicker within the bulb, it doesn't turn off but it seems to flicker a little.

Yes h10 is fog, just curious if when brights are used fogs can remain on with same color (hi/lo)

My other's flickered sent ballast back to place i bought them from new one in days. Solved that problem.

Your's look good I think I will stick with 6K

If you're looking for a GOOD HID kit, you've got to check RetroSolutions. A high quality, plug & play kit with a lifetime warranty. Better than the Ebay stuff.

Not sure if your fogs will stay on, I doubt it since when you hit your high beams your fogs turn off. Thats what I like about my street scene fog light harness (since I am a V6 with no fog wiring harness) I can flip the fogs of with a switch therfor they don't turn off when I hit the high beams like the GT's...

If you're looking for a GOOD HID kit, you've got to check manyadeal.com.

I replaced my HIDs with the CCFL Halos. I still have them minus the wiring harness if you're interested in replacing the entire unit.

You want to get your products at theretrofitsource.com for HIDs. Putting cheap HID bulbs into the factory housing emits lots of glare that is hard on the eyes of oncoming traffic, not to mention the ebay stuff and most PnP HIDs are terribly low quality (hence the low cost). Retrofitting HID projectors is the only safe and effective way to implement high intensity lighting into your vehicle. Plus it performs 100x better than the cheap plug/play stuff. Stick to 4300k or 5000k for best visibility and highest luminous output.

From the manufacturer, I believe it is law that when your high beams turn on, your fog lights get disabled. Undoing this I have also heard is called a bambi mod, and I _think_ I read on f150online that someone was ticketed for this.
