Since the boss is coming off the production line and not from Shelby, would this type of a special edition normally qualify for x-plan pricing? Not sure what Ford had done in the past in these situations. Thanks!

Dealer participation in X-plan is optional. I doubt any will on this car. I would say you'd be lucky to get one at MSRP.

they will no doubt be obscenely overpriced with the dealer markup. Some moron will pay six figures at Barret Jackson for the first one and then never drive it. Ever.

So far the dealer said everyone else that has contacted them was interested in the Laguna Seca package. I'm not a fan of that color scheme so I'm hoping a regular Boss is available. I'm crossing my fingers Ford sets the production limit high. I'm no collector, I just want to enjoy the car. If they are bid up, a 5.0 GT and that new 2.3L FRP supercharger is looking like a great second choice.
