If it does what would this mean was wrong?

Ok is is NOT doing it at sudden stops.
And now it is only doing it on certain paved roads and others not.

Whats more is that sometimes I can hear it is a tire noise while other times it
sounds like the same noise is coming form closer to the front. I wonder if the street being hot today AND the street being so smooth if it could have made the noise travel up into the front part when my windows were rolled up.

I am having a short shifter installed this coming Thurs or Fri by a buddy of mine.
He actually works for Ford so I will get him to listen to it and tell me what he thinks.

Oh yeahh.... I just got a new clutch and flywheel and they are right at the break in point. I wonder if the clutch being different and taking off a bit more could be making this just now come up too as far as the wheels.

But it has been about two weeks since they were installed and this noise is just now happening. It has been hotter than today too here but I have been real easy on the car so maybe I just havent spun the tires since the new clutch, flywheel were done.

I also had headers and an x pipe put in a while back and last week but bassani's on.
I did have a rattle that got solved when we found the over axle pipe touching a bar below it. But we combed that thing looking for touching parts before we found it so I don't know what else it could be.

Would a loose clamp between the x and over axle pipe do this if air was leaking out?
But if so again why if ONLY when the tires SPUN?

which tires is it from? i read most posts, not all, so i may have skimmed over it. is it only when you give it gas or just rolling in general? i would put her on a hill or something, and just release the brakes, see when and how the sound comes about. unfortunatley dealers/shops will give you the run around with issues/noises like that, i have had a squeak in my rear passenger tire for a year and a half... A loud squeak! and i took it to the shop 5 times, (3 different shops total) and each says, i need new breaks... they dont want to take the effort to really look into it, they just want a quick diagnosis to get you in and out.

If the rear is going to hobble a little bit the exhaust will move around too.

I don't see how it could be there.
There is actually another bar or something above the panhard bar.
(The over axle pipe goes above that bar)

My exhaust was touching that bar that is above the panhard bar at one point.
That is what was causing my rattle. I looked and it is NOT touching again.

But as for the panhard bar itself... I dont think it CAN touch the exhaust.

I need some more idea's though folks!

Maybe you have a screw or nail or something in a rear tire?

Years ago, I used to have extra noise from the rear on my Monte SS, but that was cause I had huge rear tires that hit the fire walls on cornering and some other times. But it wasn't when they spun only.

Ill check the tires.

I did notice though... on the passenger side right above the tire...
you know that little piece of crap shield they have to cover the front well?
I noticed a gromment was out and it was hanging a little.
the sheild was not touching the tire at the time but who knows when I was spinning if it was rubbing or doing something under there. May just be a random thing that is not the problem too.

I went to the store and they did not have one that fit exactly so it still
is able to sit about a fourth of an inch low because the hole is bigger than the shaft of the grommet but the head is big enough so that it wont go through the hole.

I am gonna get a right sized one next week.
I am gonna take a little break from the heat then go drive it and see how it plays out.
Until then even more suggestions are welcome!

WOAH something is NOT right.

Now when I am going in 3rd gear right at about 35 and I down shift to 2nd and take my foot off the gas I am getting that noise from the FRONT area of my car.
Also got in in the front when I was doing a U turn and tires and was slightly on an incline.

I have NO idea WHAT THE **** is wrong but something is not right.
sounds like a rubbing or something that is causing a horn like noise.

I hope my brand new clutch/flywheel or tranny is not messed up somehow.
