Silly 08 GT Question

I bought this car a week and a half ago from carmax. I hesitate to call and ask them, because they are more-or-less useless. And that's being polite The salesman could not even drive the manual off the lot...

Here is a picture showing the display


The manufacturing date off the sticker inside the door frame reads 11/07.

There is a factory "handsfree kit", which is basically a bluetooth kit that, I believe, adds a microphone and channels the sound through your audio system. It looks like you have that kit due to the "no phone" message, so you just need to figure out how to pair your phone to the car.

Thats an 08-09 model stereo with the chrome trim round the buttons...
Me thinks there is a Ford kit.
Stealership might have the definate answer.

If you did read the manual from cover to cover, it would tell you that those are motion detection sensors for the security package. Details are in the manual.

If you plug your phone into your auxillary input jack I'm sure that you will get what your looking for.

Sounds like you need to get a male on both ends auxillary input cord. You can get them anywhere from wal mart to best buy.
