Hey guys...I've decided to put 3.90 or 4.10 rear gears in my new GT, can someone recommend a good shop in Ky. from personal experience? Modular Depot in northern Ky. did the install on my '04 and I have to say they did a good job, but they are a long way from home and any shop you guys could recommend in Eastern or Central Ky. would be more convenient. Thanks in advance.

I dont know what part of kentucky u live in but in northern indiana there is a company called brenspeed that does a great job and many people have been happy with their work. I have had them install my gears and there was absolutely no whine which is what u want. Since u are out of town they have an apartment thats Damn nice that they will let u stay at for free if u get it installed by them. Just look them up on the internet but if u find a reputable shop in kentucky then for sure use them. But do yourself a favor and find a shop thats done a gear swap without whine.

Thanks for the tip. I mapped it and Brenspeed is not far from Ft Wayne. This is several hours from home, but my wife and I happen to travel to Ft. Wayne a couple times a year and stay with her sister and brother-in-law. If we planned it right, I could drop the Stang off and get the install done while we're up there.
