Mudflap is right, If your unsure then get the blower first. The general rule of thumb i have seen and heard with these cars is if your not using boost do the 4.10s if you are boosting use the 3.73. There isnt that much difference but the bigger the gear then the more your going to lose traction because of wheel spin. The 3.73 works well and also allows for a smoother acceleration. In my GT500 with 3.73 it still spins all the way through 3rd. I couldnt imagine having a 4.10 and losing anymore traction. However when the car finally does get grip it will accelerate harder with the 4.10s. With 500+ HP your not going to be getting much grip unless you have slicks.

also keep in mind that with 4.10s, the gears are about 1k rpm between shifts at WOT.
