Engine & All Electrical Systems Failing

Engine & All Electrical Systems Failing
So I've been having this problem with my 2006:
Every now and then, whether driving down the highway or barely moving, the car will start to feel sluggish, and then the engine will cut out shortly after. When this happens, the power steering goes out, all electrical systems shut down, and I get the Red Batter, Orange Wrench, and Check Engine lights.
Sometimes, I can simply restart the car and everything is fine (which is scary to do when going 70 mph on the interstate). But other times, I have to reload my tune because I still have a check engine light after the whole ordeal. The strange thing is that this happens sporadically, so I may go a month without an incident, or it may happen 3 times in an hour... I just never know, but it's super annoying and I'm afraid is getting dangerous.
Any ideas? I've tried cleaning the air sensor, air filter, etc... but to avail.
Thanks,
Will

Well, if the engine isn't getting the proper air flow/reading, it will shut down.
As a result, there's no support for power steering, elec. systems, etc, so those go too.... so that's why I checked the air stuff.
Yes, I do need to take it to the dealership, but if this is something that can be fixed with a new spark plug or fuel pump or something of that nature, I'd rather know that going into the dealership than I would to have them tell me its gonna be $3k to replace crap that probably works fine and then have the same problem in 3 months.

Could be a bad fuel pump or maybe even ignition system failure. Have you ever had water leakage in the passenger side foot area? That's a large problem with these cars that causes all kinds of electrical nightmares. Did you check if the car threw and problem codes? Could try changing the fuel filter also.
