39lb injectors?
 

Will i reach the limit of the 39lb injectors before the limit of the stock short block? What is a general rule on the limit of the 39lb injectors?

Depends on your fuel set up(stock,BAP, DUAL BAP with GT500 pumps), what form of FI you have, tuner and the fuel octane.

Alot of my friends end up switching in the high 400's to the 60# injectors.

The best way to check is to datalog a 4th gear run and watch your fuel injector duty cycle.

Well, what power are you going to run? I'm at ~467 to the wheels on 39lb injectors. What the block will take is subjective so be more precise about what your setup will be.

The setup will be a MP T70 turbo with the GT500 fuel pump setup and the car will be dyno tuned.

39 should be okay. No harm in going to the 60lbs though if you plan on running more in the future. They should be able to tune for them just fine.

the fuel octane is the hard part. They only have 89 oct at the highest within 30 miles of where i live. THen after that one direction you can get 91 and the opposite direction you can get e85. I thought about running meth also?

Nothing wrong with running meth to keep intake temps down. Running a meth tune on our cars is hard because I don't know of any good way to do quick tune swaps like other cars. For instance, my dad can press buttons on his 335i's steering wheel as he's driving and switch between tunes. That makes meth more viable as a power adder.

can you tell me which injectors are the direct replacement. I searched them and found tow different styles. Also, would the gt500 pumps and 60lbs injectors be good enough to run e85?

I work for a bulk fuel company and can get straight methanol so running out of meth isn't as issue if I just want to run the same tune for it all the time.
