Default Off Road X Pipe

I am wanting to take the cats off my car by installing an off road x pipe. Not too many issues with the emissions police where I'm at, and its not a daily driver so I want to open it up and let it be heard The stock shorties will remain, as well as the Saleen axel back system. Will this require a re-tune of the system? Any preferences on brand (good or bad experiences)?

I've had good results with Mac's systems back in my 5.0 days but wasn't sure if they were doing x pipes for the '05 yet. Been shopping the Bassani stuff. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Wow - nobody has removed their cats yet, or installed an off-road system??
