weird whine noise

I have noticed a slight more metallic whine with a used ) 08 GT Manual i picked up. I do notice it is only when the car is cold, once it warms up it goes away.
I was thinking the idler pully also. I will try putting in the clutch when I hear it, however that basically unloads the engine. If I remember i can hit the accelerator and still hear it.
