Going with larger wheels means you have to go with smaller profile tires so regardless if you're running 16" wheels or 22" wheels, your overall tire OD needs to stay about the same. You'll begin to lose performance with a larger tire OD than stock plus larger wheels means more rotational mass = less performance (besides larger wheels making a Stang look too clownish). The only way to properly resolve wheel well gap is thru lowering.
For traction, tires can only do so much. The real deal for traction are suspension mods.

LOL! NP, Alec. We'll simply start calling you Smart Alec...
The metallic alloy is very interesting since it has quite a few different "looks" depending on the light. In general, it looks like a charcoal/brown but I've seen green flakes in one type of light and gold flakes under other light. At night it looks black.
I can't find a pic that does it justice.

Alloy is an awesome color in person though. I thought it was black at first then looked up close and it has a sparkle to it
