Default Stock mufflers vs.......

My car developed a rattle so in the course of finding out what it was I changed my mufflers from MAC back to the stock ones. After driving around for awhile with the stock mufflers i'm liking how quite the car is. The MACs liked to drone and with the long tubes it was just to loud. I liked the sound of the exhaust with the MACs, but it's alot nicer having a quite car again. My question is, do you guys think I lost some power by putting the stock mufflers on and if so how much?

Yep, axle-backs mean virtually nothing as far as HP.

if you went from slp loudmouths, pype bombs, or just muffler deletes back to stock, id say you probably lost about 3-5whp, but from aftermarket mufflers to stock mufflers the difference would be pretty slim.

Try the GT500's. Nice sound but not loud. And low cost too......
