good OTD price on 2011 base GT? O
I used usaa auto buying service. Dealer offered 29,995 OTD (including rebates tax, dmv..ALL fees). for GT base w/ 3.55 as the only option.
Is this a good price? I said 29K OTD would be better.
I'm in So Cal...fyi.
Just wondering what your guys input is.
Thanks.

Dealer cost is about: $26,466 and a great price is $27,335 according to Tru Car report (CT Zip). You could do a little better but, not much. How much were the taxes? Minus another grand would be great....500 is more reasonable expectation....unless you want to wait and shop around. I attached the tru car link. I believe in Tru Car...it's pretty close to all the info I get else where.

I agree. And also, when it comes to rebates, the rebates from FoMoCo do not cut into the dealership's profit margin at all. So, in reality, there is more room to work with as far as negotiating.
If you are using USAA, make them go back to the table and negotiate more.

I know Galpin and Sunrise Ford seemed to have a few 2011 GT's and are getting the 2012's in. So you might be able to do a little better. Galpin matched my pricing and was closer than Sunrise (Fontana) so I went with them.
