Default Slip Light?

This is for my wifes vehicle. I have been in the titan forums for a few years... obviously on the wrong one.... If anyone can help. I have a 05 Titan I changed the front brakes and like a retard did not pinch line/release bleeder. Just squeezed pistons in.... They have ABS, Slip light is on and the genesis handheld pulled a regular code C1142. Assuming brake change did it.

Just a shot, you guys are more up to par on vehicle then most forums I have been on.

Thanks

Try this.
Maybe the codes are the same from vehicle to vehicle in the Ford line-up.

Maybe do the job again and do it properly?
Maybe the slip light will disappear and the
genisis will let you clear the code.

That code on AllData leads me to a bunch of continuity tests. Make sure you didn't disconnect the ABS sensors or accidentally cut any of the wires.

Would not hurt to try again, brake jobs take less than 30 minutes. The hardest part is jacking up the truck

Slip light has been constant for 2 weeks. Cleared with genesis, it came right back. Disco battery not it comes and goes. Strange.
