Hey guys, I have had some sort of axle-back on my car, but I have no idea what it is! Help???

Looks like stock pipe and tip welded on to a glass pack. Most likely a custom job by an exhaust shop.

To me, it looks like old resonators with a tip. I noticed that you have a 2 valved engine if i'm mistaken. If you are thinking about a new exhaust, I would definitely go with SLP Loudmouth 1. I love the sound of SLP's on 2 valve engines. They give more bass and a more raw more powerful sound than the 3 valve engines like my 07 gt, but it is what it is and I love my car. I think you would really like the sound of it. You can really find a lot of clips of cars like yours on youtube. You might want to check it out. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I think my car is a 3-valve. 05 gt. The pic is when lifted the other car and swapped them out so it isn't mine.

They are glasspacks with the stock exhaust tips welded on.
