Tranny Question.

Tranny Question.
2005 S197 GT,
*Vortech V2 @10psi, Stock 5spd. Tremec T-3650, Steeda Short Throw.
While pulling in, I lost first and second gears. (3-R were fine)
Tried a couple of times, then it jammed into first.
Once it popped out of first, 3rd-Reverse locked up.
**(cannot go into 3-R even if clutch is engaged)
Now I can put it into 1st or 2nd without using the clutch but the tranny still remains in neutral, no matter the placement of the shifter handle.
Thoughts??? Looking for some guidance of where to start so I could possibly complete the fix myself; before just shelling out cash for a new tranny or a tranny repair shop.
Possible thoughts of mine: Syncro? Shift Fork? Tranny f*****? Clutch Problem?
