i wanted a Steeda at first because of the high HP rating...then i heard they claim these high ratings but never happen...now i'm ordering a JLT with tuner...i like the look of the JLT better as well...just my .02

The CAI is only about 15-20% of the power adder of the CAI & tune combo. The bulk of your gain is from the tune so it's better to be more concerned about who writes your tunes than what CAI. From a performance standpoint, all of the tune-required CAI's perform equally well.

Like the looks of the Steeda, but I agree they all perform about the same.

The important question to ask is where do I purchase my tune from. The cai's mentioned all perform the same more or less, its the tuner that makes the difference. Brenspeed, AM and BBR all write great tunes.

The horsepower claims are real. Do some research and you'll see.

We were the first to market to make around 40 horsepower with a cold air and tune, now that others had have time to catch up, as others here have said the performance is similar with the top cold airs out there. So it will all come down to your own preferences.

Here is non biased test showing how similar the performance between ours and 2 other very popular intakes really is.

I can sell you a C&L Street intake cheap. Mine has been in my garage a couple years since I put in a super charger.

There is little difference between all the CAI's with the exception of the CAIs that claim they don't need a tune update. Those that don't need a tune update don't offer much more airflow than your stock intake, and also won't deliver much more power either.

CAI tunes are straightforward. You can't go wrong with any reputable tune shop. I have had tunes from Bamatunes (now American Muscle) and VMP Tuning.

I was impressed with VMP's ability to solve a challenging issue I had with longtube headers.
