I'm working on repairing the dreaded water leak in my 05' GT. I've already addressed the weatherstrip retainer which didn't fix it. I just got some new cowl grommet retainers, and in the TSB, it talks about using a heat gun to get the heat seal gaskets melted. The retainers I received just have a grey colored gasket under them that does not look like a heat seal kind of material. Can someone confirm that I have the right retainers? Thanks for your help.

When I worked on mine 3yrs ago I thru the foam gaskets away
and used Marine GOOP Adhesive to seal plastic retainers in.
Check every year and look perfect and no leaks.
