Boosted A/F under part throttle?

I know your A/F ratio under WOT should be somewhere in the 11.x range. Is it safe to run the engine at say 3/4 throttle where boost starts building but the car still runs a 14-15 A/F?

Wot is what counts. At partial throttle my gauge is everywhere.

Same here, got the Autometer C2 Analog, along with Boost and Fuel pressure and it just dances around when going part throttle.
