Quick qeustion: How can I find out my build month?
#4
Confirmed: it is on the door jamb of even '11+ GTs.
Knowing your build month is good because if you have to do color matching for your car, the month will tell the body shop or painter what batch of paint was used to paint your car. They can thus match it exactly because one batch of a given color is not exactly the same as another batch of that same color.
For example, Ingot Silver in July would be a different batch of Ingot Silver in September. A body shop armed with this knowledge can colormatch knowing the moth of your car's build date.

Dood sticker door jamb.
Lots of good info there.
The owners manual has a
lot of good info in it as well
like where the sticker is and
what all the numbers on it means.
Dont you look at it everytime you
enter the vehicle. I mean, it stares
you right in the face....
