C.A.I.: Air Raid or Steeda?
I'm looking at purchasing a Cold Air Intake for my new '13 GT, and have narrowed my search to either a Steeda (which requires a tune) or an Air Raid (which will work with or without a tune). I realize that a tune would make a huge difference, but other than that, which of the two CAI's would you recommend? Both have high ratings on AM. Your opinion?

Steeda is very well known for high performance parts and aesthetically beautiful accesories. It may be my opinion to say it, but Steeda would be the better choice. You can gain a nice increase with a Steeda CAI and good tune.

the only reason the airaid can run without a tune is because of an adapter piece they include. essentially nullifies gains .. not that you'd see anything worthwhile without a tune anyways.
they are both quality pieces, though. take your pick!

Just take a look at the reviews of it on our site and around the boards.
It's made in the USA, features a lifetime warranty, velocity stack that smooths incoming air (aiding smoother airflow for proper MAF signal readings, which helps keep that great driveability of stock), high-flow lifetime air filter, and the heat shield actually conforms to the underside of the hood using CAD data directly from Ford and also utilizes the stock cold air ducts.
Let me know if I can help you with one of those.
